9mmr Terms and Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement governing your ("user", "player", "you") use of the 9mmr website (https://9mmr.vip) and all related services ("platform").

By accessing, viewing, registering an account on, or using any service on the 9mmr platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all the terms, restrictions, and conditions set out in these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you are clearly requested not to continue using the platform.

1 Definitions

2 Access Requirements

2.1 Age Restriction

2.2 Personal Declaration

3 Account Registration and Management

3.1 One Account Per Person Policy

Each player may only register one account on the 9mmr platform. If it is found that a single person holds more than one account, all related accounts may be restricted or closed, and the balances of those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 Password Security

It is the player's responsibility to keep their account password confidential and secure. If unauthorised access occurs, 9mmr customer support must be notified immediately. 9mmr is not responsible for any losses arising from a third party accessing a player's account.

3.3 KYC Verification

9mmr may request a player's personal documents at any time — including a copy of their national ID, proof of address, or payment verification. The player must submit the required documents within 7 days of the request. Failure to do so may result in the account being temporarily restricted.

3.4 Account Closure

If a player wishes to close their account voluntarily, they may request this through customer support. If there is a remaining balance at the time of closure, it will be processed in accordance with the withdrawal conditions set out in section 5.

4 Deposit Policy

4.1 Payment Methods

4.2 Minimum Deposit Amount

Deposits below this amount cannot be accepted by the platform and will be returned.

4.3 Deposit Responsibility

Players must deposit only from their own personal payment accounts. Using a third party's bank account or payment service is not permitted. Violation of this policy may result in immediate account closure.

5 Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are normally completed within 1 hour. However, processing may take longer due to KYC checks, high transaction volume, or technical reasons.

5.2 Withdrawal Review

Withdrawal requests are reviewed by 9mmr. Additional documents may be requested from the player if needed to prevent financial issues. Payments will only be sent back to the same account used for the original deposit.

5.3 Wagering Completion

Any balance that includes bonus funds can only be withdrawn once the wagering requirement has been met. If a withdrawal is made before wagering is complete, the bonus and any winnings associated with it will be forfeited, and only the original deposit amount will be returned.

6 Bonus and Promotion Policy

6.1 Welcome Bonus

Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered × 15 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Example—

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 30,000 Ks → total balance 50,000 Ks → wagering 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks → total balance 480,000 Ks → wagering 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

6.2 Bonus Eligibility Restrictions

Gameplay that goes against the bonus policy or bonus abuse is restricted by 9mmr. Any winnings obtained through such activity will be voided and the account may be suspended.

6.3 VIP Cashback

9mmr has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — and players can move up based on their play. The weekly cashback available at each level is as follows—

• Bronze — Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold — Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum — Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond — Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

7 Fair Play Policy

7.1 Responsible Gaming

The 9mmr platform strictly upholds fair play and transparency. Players must set their own budget in advance and play responsibly.

7.2 Prohibited Actions

The following actions are prohibited—

• Hacking the platform's technology or software connections
• Depositing with funds that do not belong to you
• Abusing bonuses for unfair gain
• Hedging bets with the same counterparty
• Opening accounts under a false identity
• Financial law violations (money laundering)

If any of these policies are violated, 9mmr may immediately close the account and withhold funds without prior notice.

8 Copyright and Intellectual Property Rights

9 Limitation of Liability

9mmr is not responsible for gaming losses. Players acknowledge that they play of their own free will and have no grounds to hold the platform liable for any losses.

10 Changes to Terms and Notices
